Don't forget to bring along your contribution to our annual Christmas raffle. Any item to the value of no more than $15.00 will be gratefully received. So pop on your thinking caps and donate something that you would love to have if you are lucky enough to win one of our baskets.
If you have not already done so, can you please become a member of our Facebook page. We are hoping that in 2017 we will be able to use it as a means of getting info to you more quickly and also as a forum for you all to discuss issues you may be having with your gear, printing or with Photoshop and other editing programs.
You ask the question and one of our members will give you a solution.
We all know you can find anything on Google, but this is not what we are wanting, we would like interaction between members, so please join us now and help to make Pittwater Camera Club a truly interactive experience in 2017.
If you don't know how to join just send me an email and I will get Takis, our social media person, to assist you and get you up and running.

The full record of the 2016 AGM can be found under the Notices tab above. There are no changes to the office holders of the club.
A few things you should be aware of though, is...
It was agreed by those present that the wording for comps in 2017 is to be amended to read,
''Images may be entered to 2 competitions only plus 1 Images of the Year, the images may then no longer be entered to any subsequent club competition in any format''
This will also be the last year we present trophies. Instead we will be creating Honour Boards on our website where you will be able to see the winners of each trophy dating back to the early days of our club. This will be up and running in 2017. We will continue to honour members at our end of year, they will receive a certificate rather than a trophy.
It was also decided that we will no longer hold competitions for Australian Landscape, Nature and Creative all in the same year. This will allow us to hold additional competitions for Open or other subjects.
For all the latest things to do and places to go don't forget to refer to our club calendar which appears at the bottom of all newsletters and is also reachable via the club website.
If you already have a personal Google calendar - you can link our club calendar to yours. Check out the how to's on Google.
