Important Information for Digitally Projected Images entered in our Travel Competition.
Mike Fisher will be unavailable for the submitting of digital images in next Mondays Competition.

With the purchase of our new projector, images can now be shown at a larger resolution. Therefore now the max. size for digital images can be 1920px X 1080px. Please find more information on image size on our web site in "The Rules" Section.
Members Email Addresses
We have been asked by some members if we could share other members email addresses, this could be helpful for social and club information / activities between members. However we must respect members privacy.
There fore we will have a sheet at the sign on table at the next few meetings, should you be happy to share your email with all other members you will be required to print and sign your name on this sheet to " OPT IN " to the shared list.
This will be the final time this sheet will be at the sign in desk, the list of those who have opted in will be complied and distributed after next Monday.

Calibration
Calibrating your monitor is an essential part of ensuring that the image you see on your monitor at home closely resembles what the judges and members see up on the screen on a competition night. Correct calibration also helps to ensure that your printed image closely matches what you see on your monitor.
The club has a calibrator that we lend out to members to assist with this.
Please talk to Peter, Bill or myself if you wish to borrow the calibrator.

For a donation to Pittwater Camera Club we will arrange for your logo, business address and phone number and link to your web site from various pages of the Pittwater Camera Club website, along with the same in our newsletters.
The only criteria is that you must be a financial member of Pittwater Camera Club, be a sole trader or in a partnership and we prefer you have an ABN.
Our website attracts several thousand visitors per year and our newsletter is distributed to over 100 people every two weeks.
This represents a wide coverage of prospective customers for your business for less than $1 per week.
So if you are a tradie, accountant, solicitor, shop keeper, hairdresser, beautician, window cleaner etc, and are interested in getting your business name out there to an even wider market, please contact Peter, Bill, or myself and we will go into it in a lot more detail with you.
