Reg Angus Award

Hearty congratulations to John Taylor whose image 'Godwit in Flight' was judged by Dennis Jones to be best on the night and so took out the annual Reg Angus Award for Nature Photography.
​John's stunning image captured the hearts of us all - Well done John, you deserve the applause.

Our next birthday draw will be held on May 16th.

Northside Creative Invitation

Many of you will remember Luke Tscharke who judged for us back in February, well he is giving a presentation of his award winning photography at Northside Creative on Wednesday, May 18th, Lindfield Uniting Church Hall, Cnr Pacific Highway and Provincial Road, Lindfield, at 7.45 pm for an 8.00 pm start.

Rules of Entry to Competition

Images may be entered in three competitions in total plus one (1) Images of the Year. However, a submission which is judged at 12 points or more, may then only be entered in one (1) additional Open or Set competition during the same year. 
And please, please, please keep your image names down to one or two words only, plus your name. Long descriptions of where the image was taken and the circumstances are irrelevant to the webmaster. Short and sweet please.

PCC Annual Dinner

Our annual dinner will be held on May 30th in the Peninsular Grill from 7.00 pm.  We have tables reserved for us.  This is a great opportunity for us all to relax and chat to everyone, which is not something we get to enjoy for long at our normal meetings.  Please bring along your significant other as well. No RSVP required, just turn up - you are of course responsible for your own costs on the evening.

PCC Outing

Our Social Secretary Brian is organising an outing for us to go motor racing.
The event is Sydney Retro Racefest to be held at Eastern Creek Raceway on Saturday, June 11th. We have all seen Darryl Bullock's great motor racing images - now you can find out how he does it - as he will be there to supervise.
This promises to be a great learning experience for us all.
