Evaluation evening formatIt seems that our evaluation evening was a great success with so many members letting us know how much they enjoyed the experience of interacting with other members and the insights gained by small group discussion.
Following on from all the feedback we will be tweaking the format just a little bit. For those who attended our first meeting please make sure you sit with the same group again so that the members on your table can see how your images have been amended as per the discussions. If you did not come along to the first meeting, please, do come along to the second meeting, we will find a place for you at one of our tables. This time, apart from bringing along your edited images please bring with you up to 6 images more for discussion. These images could be, for example, images from a previous competition where the judge has made suggestions but you don't know how to achieve the result or they could be images you just want to put into a future comp but feel they are missing something. Please bring either unmounted prints or images on tablets and laptops - NOT ON MOBILE PHONES. These additional images will not be bought back for review at a later date. Of course it you have a suggestion to make the evaluation process even better please let us know. Welcome New MemberA warm welcome is extended to Richard Shakenovsky who joined our club at the last meeting.
